What is the process of placing order for proofreading service?

To place an order with us, you must follow a simple process explained below:
Step 1: Navigate the Online Order form. Enter and submit your required details.
Step 2: After submission, you will be prompted to enter your project details in which you must mention your dissertation topic, word count, deadline and other necessary information. Proceed to place order.
Step 3: Once you proceed to place order, a customized quote will prepare for you affirming to which you must pay through our secured payment gateway. And your order has been successfully placed.

How would I know my order has been placed and the work has been started?

You will receive confirmation email on your registered email id with a link by which you can track the work status.

What if I haven't received any email of confirmation after placing the order?

If any technical error occurs or you need any assistance in placing the order, you are required to drop us a mail at contact@dissertationproofreading.net.

I want to give specific guidelines to proofreader, how can I reach him?

You can specify additional guidelines for the proofreader while placing the order. Also, you will stay connected to him through email.

How will I receive the completed work?

Your completed work shall be delivered to you through e-mail. You will be provided with two word documents; one shall be cleaned copy and one shall be in track changes mode so that you can see the changes and suggestions made by our editors. Both files would be secured with a password key shared only with you.

Do you give sample edits?

Yes. We can give sample edits only when you accept to make payment in advance. If you like the work, we mail you the entire proofread document. And if you don't like the work quality, the money is refunded to you, however, amount is deducted as per the work done by us.
